Hi guys
I am going to apply for a student visa in a few days to chc islamabad but i am confused about 2 issues

Firstly,,how can i satisfy vo on strong ties to home country and intentions to comeback to home country after studies.

Secondly,how much bank statement is required apart from tuition fees to be shown to chc.

If any 1 has the info..plz help me

home tie can be shown by property in home country, business, job offer in home country etc

As @mead said for home ties secondly if you you have excellent academic history it will also help u.........
You must show equal to or more than
First year Tuition + 120000 C$ for living + 3000 C$ for traveling................

if you do not have property on your name, do you think showing your sponsor's property, let's say, your dad's will be sufficient?

ofcourse man. Your father's property is the best you can show.

Most of us don't have property in our name, it will be more than sufficient..........
 
I would suggest to get a Family registration certificate from NADRA if you have time. It is an excellent source of proving your home ties. It shows your family tree. Together with your parents and siblings.
