Sorry it has been awhile since the last time I logged in... Anyways, my application to sponsor was received as dated by CIC-M as Sept. 13/10 instead of Sept. 10/10 and I will just go with that. It has been approved on Oct. 13/10. Just an update.... Thanks, again goodluck to all

Been quite a quiet week guess thanks giving slowed everything down a bit. Surprised that alot more people haven't heard anything this week... fingers crossed for next week then!

WooHoo!! Got my approval letter today (issued 7th Oct). Unfortunately my fella is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro at the moment so I can't share the news with him!! A nice homecoming though I guess...

eCAS displays "Decision Made" on Oct 14th!!

I think I'll give CIC a call on monday, specially because they spelled my name wrong... It's missing an "a" in the end I hope this won't affect my application!!!

Yay Bonbon9!!!! Welcome to the next level of the waiting game!!
What's the shortest time anyone has heard of a PR application being approved in? I've seen some really (really really) long ones that have gone on for years but there must be some happy stories too surely!!

I think I seen someone get there PR application approved in approx. 2 months (possibly a London application)! Amazing, eh? When it takes a super long time in normally means that there were some complications such as forgetting to submit or signing something, CIC wanting more proof, interviews and appeals.

On another note, I keep thinking that I forgot to do something in my application and at times I obsess about forgetting a signature somewhere!

I'm soo excited! I want my file to be transferred to Mexico City soon.. I hope they won't request any additional documents. :-X

I really want to start seeing more sponsorship approvals this month!
I wanted to share that the way I could log on eCAS was using my sponsor's information, and I typed his last name with the first letter capitalized.

I'm getting a bit worried and possibly paranoid but it's been almost 3 weeks and still no update on my ecas even just to say that my application's been received at my visa office. I'm afraid that it was lost in the mail or something. I'm getting really paranoid here.. I'm known for having lots of patience, but not when it comes to this!

On a happier note, congrats bonbon on your sponsorship approval!

Just wanted to let everyone know we received our sponsorship approval letter today. The file is on it's way to Mexico City. Yay!!

We received our sponsorship approval on the 12th (received the letter today, the 18th). The file is on to Seoul and now comes the hard part.
