Can't wait to send mine in too. Looking more like the end of the month :(

:(
We seem to go at the same pace, hehe :P
What docs are you missing? I'm missing a few translation (self translating personal support letters) and to print chat logs :(
And waiting for a new police certificate.. as DHL made me the awesome favor to lose my original one :(

We'll get there eventually. This is the second app I'm sending in the last year. Previous one was inland and had to be withdrawn, dont even ask. I'm so sick of looking and doing this stuff its driving me insane :P Hopefully it doesn't take long for you to get your hands on another Pc soon. Sending positive vibes your way!

Hi September applicants. I hope that all of your applications are running smoothly and quickly. I just wanted to stop by and make a suggestion.

If you have not done so already, I highly recommend that you pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) before you get the letter saying to pay it at the end of the process. It may save you a lot of time. It “seems” that people that pay upfront (before it is requested) get processed a few week ahead and if your anything like me a few weeks longer of waiting is very uncomfortable to say the least.

I've put together some info from CIC and this forum to help you. It can't really hurt because they will refund this fee if your application is rejected or if you decide not to land.

Hope it helps. If you have more to add, please let me know and I'll put it all together to help out the next person who has questions about it.

The info is on this thread:

Just waiting on one last letter....and it will be in the mail ASAP (hopefully this afternoon, if not Monday Morning)! I can't wait to get this stack of papers off of my desk! Although it means relinquishing control and leaving it up to an official! ???.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean!! My husband and I miss eating on the table like normal people.. because the table has been full of papers since the last 4 months.. hee hee :P

I'm happy I have lost control! I would rather the delays be made by standard application process then me getting papers and the governement not even knowing we want to be together :)

I hope the next month goes quickly (sponsor approval) and then the next 2-3 months after that! By that time (Jan.) anything could happen and we'll be at the edge of our seats! Until that time, nothing really exciting happens.

Wish the fastest possible process to everyone and looking forward to 6 months from now when some of us are celebrating with our wives/husbands by our sides! For those of you that are by each others sides during the process, I feel no sympathy for you! Sorry :)

Just stopping by to say good luck! You guys should start hearing something after I do! Strangely enough, the August thread is moving pretty quickly through the sponsorship approval stage! :D

Yes I noticed, 30 days. I think we could expect the same or even faster since holidays are over! (fingers crossed).

Hello Everybody!

I actually started another thread but it doesn't matter i'll leave a message saying use this one instead. Hopefully going to be sending ours of next week, still waiting on people to send us their letters. Other than that have the police clearance, and immigration forms are all sorted. Fingers crossed London do ours swiftly - Stuck back in England until they say yes.

Good Luck Everyone xxx

Sent Wednesday 8th of September 2010! Feels like a load off my shoulders. Hoping for the best and good luck to everyone else!
