since the end of march when they would have to recieved my husbands passport i have emailed the mpp's office
i have emailed the case specific email listed on the cic website and i have also emailed through ecas (which is probably the same email as the listed one) thay have not responded.
However i have read that they will not respond if everything is moving smoothly
They called me from the embassy in guatemall around the third week of march and i said to them "i can not wait 6 more months" she said it wont take that long. When i asked how long it would take she said "as fast as he gets his passport in" It has been a month, ECAS still says in process and i like to know what to eaxpect from now. and when we can expect his passport back and he can come!

After 22 months we FINALLY have decision made!!!!

It was weird though, the embassy tried to call us but the call dropped, then they emailed us saying a decision was made and we can pick up correspondence on May 17. ANd eCas is updated and says decision made!

1)However, it doesnt say that they received his medicals on eCas...is this normal?

2)Also, he hasn't had an interview, does that mean he probably got his PR? Dont they have to give u an interview before denying you?

3) ANyone else picking up their packages May 16-17?

He re did them in the middle of march, sent them at the end of march, they were recieved in trinidad at the beg of April

They must be really on the ball right now. We got our decision made on Sunday and then yesterday received an e-mail telling us to pick it up at the embassy.
I am so glad your wait is over.
We just have to figure out how we are going to get his passport back. We are in the US and he has to land by June 25th.
