No one can be certain, but I would be 95% that it has nothing to do with anything other than Mississauga wanting to transfer it to London, presumably now that London backlogs have reduced to a certain point. You are probably worrying about nothing.

Line added in my ECAS to say "we started processing your application on 5th Feb"

This became my line 2 and they moved my "we received your medical results" to be my line 3.

Someone has touched it at least!

After mississauga sends the email saying they are forwarding your application to London for further processing... how long does it take for London to receive it? Also do we recieve an email when London receives it?

Not sure how long it takes but I got an email and an update in ecas.

Ours said in process when it got transferred, then I got the transfer email, and then I got the "we started processing your app on.."

Good God man, they are government employees!!!. No, other than for emergency consular assistance.

All their systems could work in mysterious ways.. For my file transfer email I got it at 9pm (ottawa time) on a Friday night.

Never can tell who is doing what when!
