What was the average time you got your passport back from CVAC?

I've already got a different travel plan in 6 weeks, but I don't want CIC to disrupt this.

I managed to get mine (well, my partner's, since I'm the sponsor) linked and this is what it's showing:

Application/profile status: Open
Review of eligibility: Review in Progress
Review of medical results: Passed
Review of submitted documents: [blank]
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed: Not Started
Final decision: Not Started

AMAZING!! I haven't linked mine yet... We're afraid to do it because we used a lawyer and it said that all further correspondence would be via this site and no longer through mail... We don't want to jeapordise our client status with the law firm! :/

cyberjack - not sure what you mean by protected person.

What did the email say? Usually it includes an address if you have to physically mail stuff. Otherwise you can usually email it back. Need more info to actually be able to help you.

I just tried linking it and it didn't work. it says they couldn't find it.. The regular way works for us, shows 'in progress' and 3 lines, but this one didn't work even though we have the app number and all. I wonder why.

I wouldn't be too down about it, they have only recently onboarded the family class onto that facility. It has only been used for specific streams such as provincial nominees- working trades etc, so I guess it will take a little time before it can read all of the family sponsor/ details

Also it's been pretty much hit and miss to create your account, each time I revisit the site it says my login was revoked, so you have to re- register.

I haven't linked my application yet as its not in process yet, so I just keep to ecas

Hi team London. I'm browsing the spreadsheet now and have noticed that a large proportion of london VO applicants have had additional doc requests. Are most of those for things like photos or are London more picky about how they process apps and generally require more information?

Passport back at CVAC today 27th July

I included a self-addressed envelope (special delivery), so if they post it today I shld receive it tomorrow (28th July), else it'd be 29th July.

PS: MyCIC account updates are like spam emails...hahahaha...best quality spam emails I've ever received in my life. My COPR & condition 51 is even attached in that account too.

I'm August-15 applicant, couple of weeks ago i sent case specific query to day they replied my case is awaiting for interview in Pakistan . but im leaving in Dubai last two years it is mentioned in application. how i can tell them im in Dubai and interview should take place in Dubai !!!! anyone has some situation ? please advise

Is your processing office London? Send a case-specific email marked URGENT (or reply to the email they sent you) and explain you are living in Dubai and would it be possible to get an interview there.

When is the interview scheduled for?
