Beaverdiva yours will come soon. Assuming it takes the same process as mine, it was mailed out 12 days after you got DM, so December 21st. Royal Mail might not have got around to it before Christmas, but I think you will get it this week.

Or, because you are in the UK maybe they treat it differently. Sit tight, it is coming!

Thanks Andrew :D

Thanks guys! Yes I have checked and still DM - however my Sponsor Approval still says IP, even though we have received letter saying all approved.

Hopefully it is just Xmas mail delay :-X

My ECAS shows exactly the same. It hasn't been as long since my December 17th DM, but I would like to get my hands on that COPR as well...

Anyone have any idea if 'medical results received' generally means they will extend your medical or is it simply down to the agent on your case? Next week will mean 12 months since my medical and I am worried about them asking me to re-do medical. I have to travel 3 hours to nearest panel physician and was charged over $400 for medical so the idea of having to re-do it is kinda stressing me out!!

nope it just means just that they have received your medicals. ..

Anyone have any idea if CIC sends back the documents that we submitted? If so, how long does it usually take? Or do we need to request it specifically?

If I remember correctly, we included a couple of original documents we'd like to get back. Can barely remember what they were - given the daze we were in trying to complete the app :o

The only original thing i sent was the police reports .. I would suggest you contact them if you want the originals back ..

Decision made is finally showing in Ecas today!!
I've not received an email though?! How long does it normally take from decision made? Do I just go to the airport to get PR card and land?

Hi, I have an update for the spreadsheet. :)

Arrived home from my Christmas break to find a letter by post dated December 16th approving my sponsorship for my partner with his application being transferred to London.
He then received a letter by email dated Dec 29th saying that his photos were not to the correct specification (we are sure they were, but anyway...). Pictures retaken and couriered to and received on January 4th in London.

Hi,

Can you tell me how i join this thread and start documenting my dates?

My husband is sponsoring me. We both live in London and he is moving home with me this year. Our application arrived in Mississauga on December 2nd but looks as though it is still waiting to be processed.

Keen to know if this process really takes 28 months as per the CIC website! We have had all of our documents checked twice by a lawyer and paid all fees upfront.

My ECAS was changed to "in-process" on Dec. 29.

Hi PeterJ251 - When did you post your application to Mississauga? Keen to know what timelines i should be expecting with my application!

Becky

Hey if you look at London spreadsheet it will show you timelines of everyone. My is 7 months altogether and just waiting for copr.spreadsheet is fantastic tracker tool

PeterJ251, mrsb2014 and cclondon: spreadsheet updated.

@Beckyh if you would like to be added to the spreadsheet please provide the following:

-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date the permanent residence status changed to In Process on ECAS
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt (if non-visa exempt) provide the applicant's nationality
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!
-Date of medical exam
