I will just leave it as is mcfluck as that is when they deemed your application complete.

So husband received his passport back and he has until Sept 2016 to land. But he will be coming for the baby at Christmas. At this time he can only come for two weeks, and will return back and finish everything in Denmark Denmark and he will officially move in March.

I want to ensure his PR application is processed correctly when he lands so we receive the card in timely fashion. I will be hand delivering it to him when I see him end of Feb. Wondering if anyone has any tips to ensure the process is completed properly at landing?

I have read some people didn't get their PR card, and upon following up, it turned out the officer never processed the application correctly.

Just a quick update on where I'm at folks. I sent all if the requested proof of intent PCs back via recorded delivery from Belfast to London on Wednesday. I included a letter explaining that i have been in contact with the police regarding convictions and in the letter said what they were. The police gave been very helpful and have agreed to email a copy of my convictions Asap. I intend to go to CIC in Calgary with the report and get them to forward it themselves yo London. Oh on a side note - my MP from home hit ack I me. LVO informed him that he could not discuss my application as it was being processed in the COLOMBO office!!!!! I told him this was not e case and included my mist recent letter. A touch of incompetence on the agents behalf perhaps?

Update!

My wife and baby are now permanent residents of Canada. They landed yesterday.

Now that was quick!!
CPC-Ottawa received my PPR documents on 23 Nov.
COPR issued on 24 Nov.
COPR sent by CIC on 25 Nov.
COPR received on 26 Nov.
So the day I received my COPR I drove down to Prescott border and got my stamps.

I wish best luck to everyone and I hope 2014 applicants get their DMs soon.

Quick question .... My mind has been racing wondering if we have positive news.

Should I be concerned they haven't asked for passport copy or pictures ?

I did receive our notes and I'm lost as to how to read them ... One note stated that the officer couldn't find the divorce certificate however we had included it so I'm hoping they found it in the last review.

Just anxious now ...

Don't be worried. I haven't been asked for them either. One user even got the requests after they received their COPR! I'm sure if they needed the divorce certificate they would have sent you a request for it.

Thank you for the reassurance! It's crazy what can play on the mind during this whole process !

Update for the spread sheet.

London have just emailed me requesting a list of any places I have been to, ilnesses etc as my medical expired November 18th.

I will reply now and fingers crossed that I don't have to do a new medical.

I have never contacted london regarding my medical expiring so I assume an officer must have the file open to have spotted that it had expired.

They sure have , they did the same for me. They opened my file and requested a file I hadn't done. It was a file for parent consent for step son to travel from biological father who never was in his life . Did a stat. Declaration of his absence and weeks later it went to DM
