Spreadsheet updated (recording when the medical is scheduled for).

Did the email come from a different address? Not ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca ?

no it came from that same address, but we had to reply to sender which had the initials (SXB) on it. This is the person who originally sent us the letter which said if and your dependent is coming to Canada will also require a repeat medical . Last week the letter came from RME ,who quickly said regardless to how you read the letter we require your non accompany dependent to undergo a re- medical ..

I have had an email with SXB in the subject too.

Cassandra: updated.

clwilla: Spreadsheet updated with your doc request. What is the status of your permanent residence application when you check ECAS? We track when it changed to In Process in ECAS.

Hi Andrew, we've been In Process for the primary applicant in ECAS since March 27... So, so slow....

clwillia we track when ECAS updates to show the permanent residence application as in process, not the date it says.

Why? Because CIC has started putting the in process date to shortly after they receive applications.

In your case you got sponsor approval on March 19th and your ECAS says it has been in process since March 27th.

Do you remember when it changed? If we recorded the date ECAS says most applications would be in process for 6-10 months, when in reality most applications are in process from 0-3 months.

Thanks,
Andrew

Errr...so after not being able to log onto ECAS all day due to some sort of glitch, I was finally able to log on this evening and see that I have Decision Made! :o :o :o

Wasn't expecting that. Lets hope this isn't a glitch also! I still wont believe it until I have it in my hand.

Crazy!

Spreadsheet updated PubLandlord! I do not think it is a glitch as the user above you, canadian1979 has been approved too, both of you applied in May 2015.

I think every day the officers at LVO all get together by the water cooler and randomly choose a bunch of applications to work on.

Congratulations!! I guess its time to upgrade my every 4 hour checks to every 1 hour :D

Yesterday, we received reply from the Panel Physicians that they have forwarded my wife's "second" re-medical results to LVO on Nov 04, 2015. I instantly sent an email to LVO and asked them if they have received the same? I hope they have, anxiously waiting for their reply / DM?

Spreadsheet updated GISGeek.

Oh nice you 2 got decision made from May , congrats to the both of you. Mine been at London since May 14 and still in process, have not heard squat back since I had important documents sent to London via mail . Did get confirmation was signed for. If not heard anything else since is it safe to assume I satisfied them only on the matter they asked ? Thoughts?

Dear All

Congrats to all those who have received COPR!

Just a couple questions - when we submitted our app in December 2014, the processing time was 11 months. When emailing or trying to contact CIC, they state that they will not communicate or respond if your app is not over the processing time. As the processing time on CIC is currently 28 odd months, does that mean that they will not respond to my emails or will they take the initial processing time when we applied?

Also, in terms of ordering notes, I am located in the UK so am wondering if anyone knows any reputable companies or organisations to go through to get notes? When I internet search, there are loads of sites, all charging various amounts, (far more than the fiver it costs in Canada) but I don't want to get ripped off.

Thanks in advance for any advice. :D

Hi All
My Permanent Residence Application Status has been updated to Decision Made. When I click into it it doesn't provide me with any other details. Any one know what the next step is? Is there anything I should be looking out for in the post or email?

Thanks

Gareth

Gazzae I got this update on BE, no need to post it twice!
