Andrew what do you make of the wording on this letter !!

Taffy I think you are spot on, he is not joining you in Canada and therefore does not need to undergo a medical.

Keep emailing them until they get back to you with clarification.

In other news I have an employer waiting to hire me, so long as I get PR in November, so I have 33 days....

I'm from Vancouver BC, applied for my Wife currently in Pakistan.
Plz add me to the spreadsheet.
Timeline is on the side.

Hey fellow Londoners,
I got my COPR today. I applied on Feb 26th and it all came through today, so to give you an idea of timings, it took just over 10 months for me. I've got 1 year to land, but we're planning on moving end of January. We just want to get out there!

:D ;D :P

Congratulations!! But you were even faster than you thought..just over 8 months, not 10! I wonder how you got a year to land and we were given until July (randomly). Another mystery of the CIC!

Anrdew-brit, I think you may have missed my last post as not updated on spreadsheet, but my COPR arrived in the post on Tuesday.

He did have a medical back last year.. this is what they said in the letter we received in July

Please be advised that,in order for us to continue processing your application, we require repeat examination for you and IF YOUR DEPENDENT IS ACCOMPANYING YOU TO CANADA for your dependent also ...

So they have asked today for a repeat medical for a non accompany dependent. honestly was i reading this wrong.. AND IF i thought meant if he had changed his mind, which they can do until papers are ready to be issued. I emailed then a letter right after my husbands medical to let them know his son was not coming..

Taffy I would have read this the exact same way as you did: not accompanying= no re-med. Hope CIC stop **messing** you about and get this sorted soon!

**insert stronger words here as needed** >:( :P

Spreadsheet updated NVJ.

I'm glad someone agrees lol .. hubby is having doubts and thinks we read it wrong.

Three weeks in process to the day although cic have removed a post from my sponsors notes. They duplicated sending us correspondence on 11th February and removed the duplicate post. Would this mean they're looking at my file?......frustration setting in.......

My sponsor had the same duplicate line up until not that long ago. Perhaps there is something in that.
