Hi Clous87, I have added you to the spreadsheet.

When you check ECAS what does it say for the sponsorship application status? It should say Decision Made but as your permanent residence application status says In Process there is nothing to worry about, recently CIC has been bending the lines between sponsor approval and stage 2 processing.

Good luck!

Thanks for adding us in.

It just says 'In Process' on both sides, i do wish they would update the site more/have a bit more information there. Any ideas why they've been 'bending the lines'?

Hi
After one year of waiting finally on friday online status is updated to decision made, are they going to send COPR by mail or email and how long would it take to get it?

I hope every single one of you that are still waiting will get the DM very very soon.

Since you are a non-visa exempt they will send an email (if you have provided) which is called Passport Request (PPR) to submit your passport to CHC of your country of residence. The PPR may come in 1 - 2 weeks, some people have got it less than that.

Since tomorrow is monday and back to work, count down begins for us to get the email and seeing that we are approved will be a relief too :)

Hey guys. I just changed my address using the case specific enquiry link and got a reply saying that they received it. The reply also states that this change may not be reflected on ECAS.

My question is, do I need to do anything else? I mean, it just seems weird that my mailing address and residential address are still in Canada on ECAS when I'm now back in England. Also, we sent the form from the sponsor's POV with the correct UCI number. Not sure if this was correct because it simply wanted the 'Applicant's' details. Although I am the principal applicant we read this as meaning the sponsor because the ECAS account is in her name and technically the 'Canadian' is the one calling the shots here.

If you could confirm or deny whether this is correct that would be great.

Thanks

If someone could update the spreadsheet please - my status changed from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made' on last Friday, October 2nd.

Less than a week processing - mental!

As I'm an Irish passport holder, I'm guessing I'll be getting the COPR in next couple of weeks. With a bit of luck, the current Irish postal strike won't delay it too much.

Glad to see others are seeing progress too!

We had to change my hubby's address in Denmark. ECAS shows mine, but according to the email we received and gcms notes, it has been updated to reflect his new Denmark's address. I think you are okay :).
