Every application is different (even the visa exempt ones London processes). My file was transferred to LVO July 2014. From GCMS notes they started reviewing it November 2014 but ECAS didn't indicate "In Progress" until February 2015. I'm still waiting for DM.

Bloody hell, they background checking 6 previous generations of your family there or something, no need for it to take that long

Has anyone received email correspondence by LVO with initials 'RME' ?

No kidding :o .... but if you take a critical look at the spread sheet, my time line is typical for when additional info is requested. I've experienced every emotion possible during this past 12 months waiting for DM. I am now at the despondent stage, if we ever get DM I will look for a hidden camera in the room for surely I'm being punked.

Know how you feel, although we've been asked for no additional info since submitting, but still a long wait. We had things done to our file from Nov 15' onwards too, but nothing in ECAS. Background checks started in December by the looks of it. I am really feeling like it will never happen too :(

Likewise for us. Pretty much cleaned out all of the July backlog except for a few files like ours.

Group hug!!! 14 month mark passed today. In process now but still anxiously waiting. I'd forgotten about the long weekend :(

Yep, London embassy closed today with bank holiday :( another day to prolong our applications :(

Try not to stress too much. I see you only had sponsor approval a couple of weeks ago! Bit of long wait ahead, so if you worry about every holiday/slowdown you'll go a bit crazy. Been there done that!

I plan on getting stressed out about it in 2-3 months. ;)

Guys what are the chances of getting an interview call after receiving the remedical request? My ecas status changed to inprocess last week and at the same time I received my remedical request. They have also returned my original documents. I am from Pakistan and LVO is handling my case

I think you and I have very similar timelines. My status change to "in-process" on Apr 09/15 and received questionnaire on May 06/15 from London Office requesting to provide more data on countries of travel, any form of sickness etc. since the medical was done last time. We responded back to them with all answers right away and we have not heard anything since then. I am not sure what's happening now or we will be asked to re-medical or not? Confused.

Not that i'm stressed, is just my uk visa is coming to an end, so the less delays the better. since i'll have to depart from my family back to Canada in August without them is gonna suck. And what sucks more is not having a decision and knowing as I head back! Ah well it is what it is.
