Oh, just to add (for the spreadsheet):

Additional information requested April 14th. Sponsor approval should be changed to January 13th, not 8th. Thanks!

Sorry to hijack the conversation, but just to make sure, they will not reject any application before they give an interview? So any application with "decision made", who have not had an interview, is pretty much a confirmation of PPR?

Thanks - and sorry for barging in!

Don't worry for barging in we are a friendly group .. From what i have read on the forums that is true. The best bit about being outland is you get to appeal, so they wouldn't write DM if you wasn't approved . IF I AM WRONG I AM SURE I WILL BE CORRECTED LOL :)

I sincerely hope you are right taffy (i am a fellow taff! :D)

My only observation about what you are saying is that i would expect an appeal process to come into play after a decision to reject has been made, therefore the 'decision made' update online is not really a sure thing.

But i am naturally cautious about this process - no reason to be really just have found it very counterintuitive! - and until i have the letter in my hand i won't believe it.

I would love to know CIC thinking behind a system where they update your file decision made on a secure server but do not think they can tell you online on a secure server, what that decision is!!!

Don't worry, it's a positive decision. CIC doesn't reject applications without first giving applicants the chance to address the issues, either with an interview or by requesting more information.

Congratulations .. told you .. good luck my fello Taff :)

Just when I think I have it completely figured out I review the applications and feel unsure all over again :)

Regarding the proof of relationship for sponsor questionnaire (mine) AND the spouse/common-law questionnaire (my partners) I created a written narrative that spans our relationship from when we met to present. This written narrative is broken into separate years with attached photos, cards, emails, etc. Can this be used as combined proof for both parts of the applications or does it have to be completely separate proof for each application?

That is just fine. I know how you feel ,most of us feel like that .Put it all in the third envelope with proof of relationship ... Don't need to split it up.

Sooke was it mailed to canada or uk?
We had decision made April 17 and still no COPR.

Case specific enquiry no reply.

I am really starting to worry.
