Yay!! That is wonderful. I am genuinely really happy to know that you are finally done.

Thanks ghunter - it means a lot to hear words of encouragement from this forum. Thanks! :)

Just received an e-mail from the VO that "your COPR was sent to you on the 24th of September".....!!!

Thank you so much msaleem216! We are so happy, and relieved :) I sent a case specific enquiry to the London VO on the 25th of September, and received an answer today. It doesn't say who it is from, other than:

"Yours sincerely,

ACD
Immigration and Medical Services Division | Direction de l'immigration et des services médicaux
Canadian High Commission | Haut-commissariat du Canada

Hi everyone,

I'm fresh on this forum so I hope I have posted this right.

Any advise would gratefully received thank u

Go to a good local camera shop or photography shop. Take the specification sheet with you from the region specific instructions. Many of the better shops have a custom photo service for exactly this sort of thing. Worked for me.

They seem to sign with their initials... In your case, ACD. However, I have seen anoth two sets of initials from London in the past, LJF and CDD.

I have received emails from both CDD and ACD. Although, I am sure calling the officer "ACDC" did not go down well with my application.

Oops.

Which email us everyone using for communication

This is the one I used:
LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Hope that helps :)

By the way, I received my COPR today! First I thought I'd have to wait even longer, as the mail was delivered but there was nothing. Then the doorbell rang, and it was a postman - in a taxi.....!!! ;D
So I am going to flagpole this weekend. :) Can't believe the wait is over! And I can't wait to get started with life :)
The best of luck to all of you still waiting. You'll be fine!
