yeah!! great, congrats... you're done! :-) you can have some Moet with davidmarsden38! :-) CIC has officially written that you're living in Canada - so the COPR has been sent most likely, and it should be there soon...
Sweden

Not too sure I am willing to share the Moët Sweden! ;) Ha! I am going to surprise my husband this evening with some wonderful news!

This is good news...At this pace, I might be able to enrole my daughter into school for this September after all :D

Hi all!!
I'm actually shaking typing this! So a couple of posts ago michy6 said " if people around your timeline are getting COPR to contact London to ask about your file"
So last night that's what I did.
I got a reply already saying....it will be finalised in 1 to 2 weeks!!!!!
I really hope it works out. I fly to Vancouver on may 1st!!!!

i replied to the email a couple of days ago asking what was the best way to send the info i had already sent. still no reply. will i definately get a reply? i didnt send the requested info again via email as i was thinking of posting it along with a letter containing some of the recommendations from on here.

apologirs for any spelling i am on my really really small mobile....lol

We finally submitted our application!! Very exciting. It's so encouraging seeing how fast London is getting through these applications!

Ive still not heard anything from cic. Im getting fed up. Is there any other way of contacting them? Ive sent them 4 emails and ive not heard anything back. I want to know if they got the receipt for the right to permanent resident fee. The last thing i got from them was at the end of March. Im panicking a wee bit as we have our flights booked for June 13th to leave the UK.

I don't think that there is an another way to contact them. I think it really depends on the officers... I never got an answer either, I sent extra police certificates, and was asking if they had received it etc - and never got an answer. then one day - DM! so hopefully it will be the same for you - and you can always go to Canada on a tourist visa if you don't have the COPR by then. But 13th june is still almost 2 months away - so it should be enough to finalize your file, especially if the only thing they were asking for is the RPRF - it means that they most likely are finalising your file, and getting ready - maybe they just can't be bothered to answer, thinking "they'll see it soon enough on ecas" - that was my reasoning, hope it will be the same for you!
Good luck,
Sweden

Thanks Sweden. If they just asked for RPRF, do you think that we're pretty much done and thats it? Im getting anxious cause everyone else around my date pretty much got theirs, except for ScottishMaple.

Sounds like they are probably searching to try and find the info you have already sent. They never sent emails saying 'we are searching for your info' though so you are not likely to hear anything while they are just doing this.

For both you guys I'd wait at least 7-10 days from their last email before emailing again. It can take them up to 7 days to reply but longer than this suggests they have forgot about you. Just say something like 'I emailed you X days ago and hadn't received a response. I just wanted to check that you were able to resolve the issues that you emailed me about or, if not, if there is anything else I can do to help resolve them'

RPRF is one of the last thing they ask when they are almost ready to issue the visa, so it shouldn't be long before you hear from them!

I'm in a similar boat, I sent the receipt and a CSE to ask if they've gotten it. Still no word. Our deadlines are around June as well. Hoping for the best.
