It depends on how you log in - when I (applicant) logged in with the file number and my details I could only ever see the mailing address and then the status of PR.
When I log in with my hubbys details and his Client ID I could see both the status of sponsorship and PR and both home and mailing address at all times!
So when I logged in with my details and the home address was added where it wasn't ever before, thats when I got DM!

Ahhh I see, I'm such an idiot, I've been logging in with my boyfriends details not even realising I could log in to a separate thing with my own details. *headdesk* When I log in with mine it has mailing address, home address and application received: medical results received. So I'm still not expecting anything til summer. Thanks for your help everyone.

Woohoo! Checked ECAS and we got DECISION MADE!!!! Thank goodness it's all coming to an end....phewww:)

Hey,

You're visa-exempt, so you don't have to send your passport in. Once they are ready to issue the COPR, they will issue it ( and normally ecas turns into Decision made, that's how you know that you are done!) based on the passport copy that you already included in your application. They will send it to the mailing address that you have indicated. If you are in Canada now and you want to have the COPR in Canada (which would make the most sense), then you can update your mailing address. When you log into ecas, you can see the mailing address. Just click on "update mailing address", it will take you to a page to send a case-specific enquiry to London. Explain that you are waiting your PR out in Canada, and would like to update your mailing address. Give the Canadian address (it's completely legal to wait in Canada, no worries, that's what I did too - started when I was in Sweden and updated my address to a Canadian one when I moved here on a tourist visa), so when the COPR is ready, you will get it by post in Canada. Then you exit Canada ( nearest US border), and re-enter to land as a PR. No need to fly to Sweden, send your passport or anything like this.
Sweden

I am so glad someone asked this question! So my ECAS has my current address in Canada (hubby is currently visiting...) i.e my HOME ADDRESS and CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS are the same in Canada - so is this where they will send the COPR ie CURRENT MAIL ADDRESS? - if that is the case - that is SUCH A RELIEF to hear because hubby is here right now we we do not need to ask anyone to mail it to us. Can you just confirm this again?

Wow!

Go London! Congrats to everyone. Lord knows you've waited long enough!

so what month does it seem like LONDON is working on now? I cannot figure out a pattern to all the good news...
Congratulations to all those who received good news - I am envious ;D

They seem to have started July applicants and even some August applicants are in process!! They are finishing up the last of June too. I'm a June applicant and would have a longer processing time than most I think. This is for visa exempt.. Non visa exempt work a little differently as in they take longer!

Wow...do you mean "applied"in July or "file transferred" in July?
