yes, precicely why i was "nice" about it, and also stopped responding. i hate to make assumptions, though i suspect there are some serious self confidence issues at play. no need for me to engage in a losing battle.

there's a chance your application is actually being processed in Mississauga, even though they said it was transferred to london. also, it's been noted that CIC seems to be processing both applications at the same time in Mississauga, so that may be why they keep contacting you. It seems to be a common thing for applications staying in Mississauga.

Had a call from cic today,the lady told me my file was in London and the letter they sent me for the same forms I sent back in June was an error. A computer generated error . She said she would send my news forms to London and they will match it up with my file as I did include some additional information. My file was transferred Aug 5th S he also said my husband the applicant will get Aor from London when they open my file. If I haven't heard anything in 3months she told me to email them. At least I now know where my file is . Lol on new iPad don't know how to correct my grammar yet

Can I ask a question, the request for Schedule A was it for the principal applicant or sponsor. Im still confused if we need to submit Schedule A for my husband who is my sponsor. Thanks in advance.

the checklists will specifiy which forms are for which person. if the form is not listed on the specific checklist, then it does not apply to that person. i believe a schedule a is for an applicant, not the sponsor, though i don't have the checklist in front of me so i'm only going on memory. again, following the checklist is the best way to know which form is for which person. even if an applicant form says your "spouse or family member" needs to fill out a form, that does NOT mean the sponsor. That refers to spouses and children who are also included in the application seeking PR. For application purposes, technically your spouse is your sponsor, not your spouse.

Thanks! Most appreciated! You just missed putting in my 'in process' date as being the 22 Oct. It seems pretty weird that this has gone in process pretty quickly considering how slow it has been for other applicants i just hope it wasn't an error on their part!

My application is at Mississauga as well and went "in process" on the day I got SA too.

Outland Application - We (my wife is British and I'm Canadian) applied June 23rd, Sept 23rd Sponsor approved (Decision Made) and info sent to London. On the Perm resident part, it says Application received. I've read a few places online that it could take up to 11 months for the 2nd part...is this true? What are others currently experiencing.

Throughout the Sponsor part, we were able to keep an eye online, however is that option available after the info has been sent to London?

Mine got sent to London too .Received a call from the VO in Mississauga and she told me to send an inquiry if i don't hear anything in 3 months . They requested schedule A in June and she called me to tell me it was a computer error.
