I am so thrilled to read everyone's status updates and the decision mades being processed in London. I just can't help but think when is it my turn?

I applied last November and still no sign of an approval.

Did you try ordering the notes to see what is holding back your file?

My notes revealed absolutely nothing about my file. It says I still owe money, need to submit passport photographs and need to complete an RCMP check. None of which are required as it has all been sent in.

Have you contacted the london office ? Is there anything which initially held you back? They should get back to you as youre over 10 months now no?

You would think. But as we are all learning, there is no rhyme or reason why the London VO or any other VO for that matter do what they do and they way the do it.

I have requested more information and have given my case to my local MP. I am just venting this morning that is all - I know I will get it, it is just extremely difficult to go through this process blind with minimal contact. As I sure you can all attest to.

Process started on August 21st, but didn't show up on ECAS.

Now its just waiting to see and hope its a positive one

Yeah, Canada has been great. Struggling a little to settle, but hopefully once we know what we are doing about our daughters schooling then I can start to.
