Happy for you that finally there's some movement! Once your medical is passed, generally they transfer it to local VO right after that (or maybe you're lucky and they'll pass it on to Mississauga) Good luck!Hi all! Just an update ...
On June 17th we finally received SA after 2 months of having “decision made” under sponsor!
Followed by my Medical Request on June 18th.... finally!!!!
And then my eligibility changed to “we are reviewing” on June 18th also.
Movement finally!!!!
Does this mean a possible file transfer soon then if eligibility has started? So happy that they are finally working on my file!
Thanks so much! My eligibility has now started to, so is that meaning a file transfer? I’m not sure if they’d send to Mississauga though as I’ve heard they usually send to Mississauga earlier on in the process. I’m a Feb 11th applicant so thinking I’m going to London VO
I think that the medicals need to be passed first in order for a file to be transferred. As LVO is a total chaos these days, I think you stand a good chance that they will pass your application on to Mississauga still. But don't pin me down on this ; )
Oh really? Interesting. I’m pretty sure my BGC was taking a while hence why only now we’ve had Medical Request and eligibility. It would be a miracle if it was Mississauga but unfortunately I really do doubt it.
Your BGC will be the very last step of the process, performed at the VO. It's all very confusing!
Ohhh, but it’s been in process since the beginning? Eligibility starts when they transfer so why has it started now? It changed yesterday, same day as my medical
Ya it's really a confusing way of phrasing it. It states it's in process, but actually nothing is happening...
What makes you think mine could potentially go to Mississauga? I’m convinced it’s LVO
Mississauga comes in the picture when local VO's are overburdened and this is definitely the case with LVO, totally clogged and a huge backlog. But hey, best to expect LVO I guess... meanwhile I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thank you! I’m really trying to think positive but it’s odd that all Feb applicants who are from the UK have not been transferred yet ...That's good news!! Let's hope we all get some movement .. and not to London!
