Thing is...my wife is already in Canada since September last year and in September we changed her address with IRCC and sent a copy of our property contract; we bought a house in Victoria, BC. Seems like they don't really know what they already have in our file. Anyways, now I also sent utility bills and copies of my wife's BC Driver's licence and BC Services Card. Back to waiting...getting closer to 13 months...

We never got PPR so it was fast for us. If you don't get the PR card in a time window you needed it you can apply for a PR travel doc outside of Canada.i hope but once husband gets ppr it take 3-4 weeks to get voh and then plus another month to be able to leave and fly
