Yes!!

Ottawa is processing applications in 4-5 months while London is taking 9-11 months.

Just got a PPR today

PA from Norway, processed at VO Ottawa.

Submitted the application in early January 2017, so this went a lot faster than expected!

This is the first 2017 to be approved, congrats! Do let us know when you receive your COPR!

Hi, a question to everyone processed through London: Did you receive any confirmation from the London office once they had your application? And if you did, about how long did that take after the application was forwarded to London?
The reason I'm asking is because on Feb 16th, after sponsor approval, I got an email saying my 'application has been forwarded to the visa office in Unspecified for further processing...' Tried to figure out if my app is in London, Ottawa, or perhaps somewhere else without any luck. Not that I can do anything about where it is, but knowing where it's being processed would give a general idea about the time frame, to start planning when to do things like giving my notice at work, start the process of selling aparment and so on.

As MM said, you'll need to drop a case-specific enquiry to find out. You may also have some luck calling the call centre (phone numbers in FAQ linked in my signature). No guarantees on the call centre number but it's worth a try anyway. Else the case-specific email route is the way to go.

Also, you aren't on the spreadsheet! Would you mind providing your info so we can add you? The dates I can see in your profile, just need your location.

Hi everyone

Filed on 16-Jan-17 - AOR on 23-Feb - Sched-A + Police Clearance Requested on 8-Mar and Doc delivered to Mississauga office on 16-Mar.
In ecas , status shows "We received your application on 19-Jan-17"

I then created MyCIC GCKEY account and I am able to sign-in fine but never succeeded to link the Application Number to this Account !
I tried to use different combination like [ UCI with Family Name ] or [ Appl Num with Familiy Name].
I am sure the info I entered is correct and conform to the details in my sponsorship application.

Error message I receive when trying to make the Link:
<< Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.
What do I do next?
You may have made a mistake entering your information. Go back and try to enter it again. You can only try to link an application five times in 24 hours.
If you still have trouble, contact us. >>

Couple of weeks ago, I sent a well explained trouble ticket with screenshots to their <Contact Us> site as instructed, but no answer !

Question-1: Has anyone experienced similar problem when trying to Link his Appl Number to GCKey Account ?
As per the last LVO records, Med Request occurs 1 to 2 weeks after Sched-A & Police Clearence request.
Question-2: What if they requested Medical Test results (which I did NOT provide upfront) in MyCIC and I am not aware of.
Will Medical Request appear for sure in ECAS ?

1) How to link your application to mycic account:

Go to the following address:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp
Continue to GCKey. After you create your account, link your PR application to the account. (If you do not have a representative (lawyer), you will be able to link your application to your account)
1. Log in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application (Assuming 1 PA, 1 Sponsor, 0 dependents)

2) In case you do not have a mycic account, I think medical request will be sent to applicant via email.

Great MM345 ! it worked and I was able to Link my Appl. to my Acct.
So in conclusion, I just had to ignore fields like Passport Number and other ones you mentioned ! Strange

As I've not received even a AOR - never mind a SA I put in a case enquiry and got this back

So I informed that have checked all SPAM boxes and nothing by post either and got this

Bizarre.

I'm assuming they've sent it to London but no idea how to contact that office. Wondering if I should contact the consular office to help?

I've tried the myCIC linking but struggled without the application number to get linking.

This is frustrating really.
