Congrats cjbarker! -I seem to be the lone last UK LVO applicant from September, and have heard nothing at all from them.
Hoping it's not too long -I'm not seeing any other UK applicants with LVO on either side of me -they've all gone through Ottawa!

Just got a PPR today

PA from Norway, processed at VO Ottawa.

Submitted the application in early January 2017, so this went a lot faster than expected!

Hi, a question to everyone processed through London: Did you receive any confirmation from the London office once they had your application? And if you did, about how long did that take after the application was forwarded to London?
The reason I'm asking is because on Feb 16th, after sponsor approval, I got an email saying my 'application has been forwarded to the visa office in Unspecified for further processing...' Tried to figure out if my app is in London, Ottawa, or perhaps somewhere else without any luck. Not that I can do anything about where it is, but knowing where it's being processed would give a general idea about the time frame, to start planning when to do things like giving my notice at work, start the process of selling aparment and so on.

In our Sponsorship Approval letter, it was mentioned that our file has beeen transferred to London for further processing. No LONDON office dors not send out an Acknowledgement of Receipt.

You will have to call IRCC call centre and ask them which office uour file has been transferred to.

Hi everyone

Filed on 16-Jan-17 - AOR on 23-Feb - Sched-A + Police Clearance Requested on 8-Mar and Doc delivered to Mississauga office on 16-Mar.
In ecas , status shows "We received your application on 19-Jan-17"

I then created MyCIC GCKEY account and I am able to sign-in fine but never succeeded to link the Application Number to this Account !
I tried to use different combination like [ UCI with Family Name ] or [ Appl Num with Familiy Name].
I am sure the info I entered is correct and conform to the details in my sponsorship application.

Error message I receive when trying to make the Link:
<< Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.
What do I do next?
You may have made a mistake entering your information. Go back and try to enter it again. You can only try to link an application five times in 24 hours.
If you still have trouble, contact us. >>

Couple of weeks ago, I sent a well explained trouble ticket with screenshots to their <Contact Us> site as instructed, but no answer !

Question-1: Has anyone experienced similar problem when trying to Link his Appl Number to GCKey Account ?
As per the last LVO records, Med Request occurs 1 to 2 weeks after Sched-A & Police Clearence request.
Question-2: What if they requested Medical Test results (which I did NOT provide upfront) in MyCIC and I am not aware of.
Will Medical Request appear for sure in ECAS ?

Answer to FrostiRose

The Sponsor should received an email with an attached PDF letter stating that the application has been forwarded/sent to a visa office in LONDON (or so) to be treated.
For us : This email was found in the SPONSOR's SPAM email box ! So let the SPONSOR check his/her SPAM/Junk email box.
Note the SPONSORED (main applicant) won't get this detail in similar email he receives from CIC about which office is treating his application. I don't know why !

Yeah, my wife, the sponsor, got an email, however it said "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in Unspecified for further processing."
We're not in Canada, so not sure if I can even phone the call centre. Tried to ask a question through the web form, haven't heard anything back. Ordered GCMS notes, haven't heard back.

When did you order GCMS notes, you will get them in your email 30 days after you order them. It will tell you the VO where your file will be processed.
