Hi, today I received an email asking for passport scan to be uploaded and photos to be mailed. Hopefully not much longer to wait!

Congratulations, experience says that this is the same as decision made. Spreadsheet updated.

.... and now when I look to see how to upload to myCIC, I can't see how to do it. When I click "view submitted application" in myCIC I can't see an option to upload anything. Any suggestions from anyone?

I did manage to link my application to MyCIC, but as I was never asked for any additional information, I never had to explore the 'upload' capability, so I have no first-hand knowledge of how it works.

But I have seen comments from others. One person that did manage an upload says it was to do with the 'Review of submitted documents' section and that 'a space was created so I could upload'. But I then saw another post from another user later on the same thread who said they had no such thing and for the life of them they could not upload (and they were computer literate people!)- they ended up sending the requested information (passport copy and 2 x photos) by courier, all of which ended well as they got their CoPR.

MyCIC has clearly NOT been designed by anyone with any training or ability in usability (I work closely with IT development)!!

If you do manage to figure it out, could you please let me know in detail how it works, ideally with screen copies (if you PM me, I will happily send you my email address so your details are not made public), as I would love to be able to update the wiki article that describes how MyCIC works.....

I hope someone will be along to give you an better answer.

Hi folks, a bit of an update.

My ecas changed to DM last week on the PR side, which i mentioned before.

Today i recieved an email from CIC (via my lawyer), they are requesting a copy of my passport and 2 more passport style photos ( I've lost count of how many photos i've sent them throughout this process!).

They asked me to include in my package an Xpresspost pre-paid envelope for them to return my COPR in, this is quite good as it means i can check the tracking number after a few days and know roughly when to expect the COPR.
Needless to say I sent off all the items they requested this afternoon.

I wasn't expecting them to request a copy of my passport due to being from a visa exempt country (UK), but they did.

I'm currently in canada and my CPC was Ottawa, and it was an outland application. The email they sent said that they could only mail the COPR to a canadian address.

I just thought i'd give a little update of where i'm at, so that other folks who are in a similar situation know what to expect.

Appreciate all the help and information from everyone on here over the last few months.

Could someone please update the spreadsheet? thanks

Hi there, somehow I was put onto the Pakistan 2016 spreadsheet. I should be on the London 2016 sheet, location should be Winnipeg, MB and meds done Oct 12 2016. The rest of the info is correct.
