Hello Jason,
On
this page look at Part 3: Information Guides. These guides are specific to applicants from certain countries in the world and dictate what these applicants need to provide.
I presume you are British based on the thread you are posting in, in which case
this is the information guide for you. Item 13 in that checklist specifies photos.
Appendix B in the same document details the requirements of the photos.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Edit: You only need photos for applicants. Your wife is either a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident so she does not need photos, and if your son has Canadian citizenship (as his mum is Canadian) then he does not need photos. Basically only those applying for PR need to provide photos.
When you apply for PR you should give me the following so I can add you to the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is linked in my signature and tracks applicants being processed in London.
-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date the permanent residence status changed to In Process on ECAS
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt (if non-visa exempt) provide the applicant's nationality
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!
-Date of medical exam
Thanks,
Andrew
