Have just heard from LVO and they have sent me the email below. My question is: can I supply them with this information via email or does it have to go via normal snail mail?

- Please be advised that our medical department is currently having difficulty in tracking your medical results. In order to expedite this, please advise us of the date and location of your medical. The e-medical Information Sheet you have provided shows UMI # xxxxxxxxxx; please advise if your medical was completed under a different code. If necessary, please contact the Designated Medical Practitioner/Panel Physician where you underwent your medical in order to obtain further information.
Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 45 days including a copy of this email as a cover letter. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.
