Finally there is a DM for my wife sponsorship

Passport sent to Ottawa, since she is already in Canada. So it took around 1 year after SA in last July 2014

Royal Mail says my package I sent to Canadian High Comission was delivered to "Victoria PDO". I'm really confused since that was not where I sent my package...I used the adress provided in the email from CIC ???

'Victoria PDO' is Royal Mail's site/office which delivers packages to Canada House. So your package is in the process to be delivered to Canada House soon. Nothing to worry about.

Adil, I hope it just means the person was thinking out loud, and put his/her thoughts in writing. It would be a concern if they believed "Pakistani's can't have love marriage, and only arrange marriage is acceptable". things have drastically changed over the years, and even religiously a girl/boy has every right to refuse or choose his/her partner. I hope there is no call for an interview, and if there is, please make sure you take all the proofs. And let them know that our parents are very much involved in the process, but it is all our decision in the end. At least the notes will get you somewhat prepared. Good luck!

Well thats the thing though, according to the feedback given by London to our MP over a month ago, we had already passed eligibility assessment and they were waiting on background checks. According to the notes, eligibility had a due date for a day in March which was ages ago which makes us question how upto date the notes really are.

Hi Andrew I just noticed in your information under your name it says interview - waived. How did you get told that your interview has been waived? Did they tell you when you got SA?

No, just an assumption made by myself as very few Brits are asked to attend an interview.

Don't read to much into due dates . I have had many come and go. I had one for March also,i got all excited thinking that would be it . The next notes i received said due date July 26th . My application is still waiting for officers review . Nothing started for criminal checks or Security ,it does have a bunch off notes saying eligibility in process recommend pass .
