Option C we'll try again for Monday to get it.. I guess that'll postpone my application going in for about 5 days... I told them I'd send it on the 14th when I submitted my extension... is that bad that it'll be delayed a little?apstone said:when I went to my medical exam, they also told me that everything would be mailed directly to CIC from Ottawa. However, they also gave me an official 'receipt' from my exam, complete with a photo, and a filled out form. I was told to include that in the application package.
As far as the option C, I believe it is to ensure that your sponsor does not receive financial assistance from the government. My wife didn't have to deal with any banks to get her Option C, she just called Revenue Canada and got it in about 5 days. Don't remember what info she had to give them...
Next, I'm going to call the doctor about getting a faxed signed Appendix C. I also wondered if I provided the xray cost receipt and the Medical exam official receipt where I paid for everything and which exams/blood work (had to pay extra for glucose because I'm diabetic), attached to Appendix C (even if not signed), would that be enough in case I can't get signed?
