That sounds about right. Judging from the way it goes for most folks, you should hear something in the next week to two i'd guess regarding the sponsorship portion of your application... it usually takes about 4ish weeks these days it seems but its not uncommon for it to take slightly longer then that.

Once you get your AOR from Buffalo

The next step is for them to review your FBI/Medical right?

I see people post that their medicals were received, is it Buffalo that sends you an email to confirm that they have received your medical? Is this how you gain confirmation that your medical has been received.

Hi Cindy. I'm not sure, but I think it's noted in eCAS that they have received your medicals.
