Application left my hands at 11am this morning. Time for the waiting game to begin. I actually feel lighter and excited thought i would be worried! Guess its because we have been through this before in the UK and know what to expect.

I'll be a regular in the November 2010 Applicants thread, once the thread is born. That should definitely help ease the wait some, having a sort of "immigrant family" during the whole ordeal. My wife and I will file our app November 7, as outland applicants. We've been doing this for a year now, having short visits, using Skype on a daily basis, talking 1200 minutes a month on the phone, etc.
I'm guessing we're not the only ones to mail this next-day-air?

Unfortunately next day air doesn't really exist from the UK, but just wondering how the rest of the UK contingent sent it from here, or did everyone send from Canada?
Oh and I'm still waiting for my police certificate from Australia, if it doesn't arrive by next week, I'm going to take the chance and send it off without this final piece of paper and when it finally arrives, I'll send it straight to London. I know everyone has advised against that, but this is driving me crazy not having this gone for one piece of paper.
