Hi all,

Singapore is already busy working on the medical! This is before the application has processed in Canada and that is a good sign Singapore is fast. My wife has inactive TB - declared on the Medical (done in Bali) with proof of treatment.

They have asked for another x-ray and sputum test from my wife or an x-ray from 6 months ago. Luckily we have an x-ray taken last year in Qatar. I will see a DPM in Qatar and have it sent to Singapore. I almost sent it myself but that would have been a mistake.....follow the rules!

In addition, Qatar Immigration did extended examinations last year when we got my wife's permanent Qatar visa. I will get the Qatar DPM to explain the rigorous process employed by Qatar. We had provided the Qatar Medical card at the time of the exam but I do not thing the Indo DPM understood the meaning. Will try again.

If we are required to do additional medicals, it would add about another month, maybe 2 so not to bad. TB is serious and my wife has an x-ray every year to check. At the moment she is in Indonesia but will join me in Qatar next month.

The letter was to my wife in Indonesia. It did take 10 days from Singapor to Java. But yes, it appears Singapore is working faster

Well, I'm very sorry jma that I haven't updated the list quick enough for you but unfortunately I've been busy for the last two days. I'll update it later on today to take into account the final people to make the list.

its funny today when i loged in there was a new design to the site and said updated october 28
and then 2 hours later the old one is still there
i think they are changing the design of the site it looked much better this morning
it was broken down into 2 stages
stage one is cpc m and stage 2 outland office
stage one will updated weekly and stage 2 will be updated quaterly
maybe later on tonight they will update it
