I sent an email enquiry on Jan 29th and they responded on feb 2, so 4 days.
You must be very frustrated

Scratch that two weeks bit. I just sent them an email to find out where our letter is and they will respond within 28 days. Oh very kind of them...they are so helpful.....NOT! They were rather rude on the phone when my partner called and said "where did you get this number?" Well you phoned us on it and we are trying to follow up from that phone call! Absolutely no way would she help. Getting very angry now.

hmmmm... sucky situation. When we emailed we were told 28 days too. But I found out that if you contact them during the processing time line, they don't respond.

I honestly would love to TP our embassy and maybe throw a few eggs at them too.. Oops! lol.. Maybe I shouldnt be saying that out loud

oh well.. life must go on!

people like us have to wait 1 year + to have any realistic chance of gatting their visa
we don't have any update since they started processing our case in janaury and my hubby handed the additional info in febuary and nothing yet
no response no mail/email
we still have that thing called {hope}
my husband's medics expires in june
may god help all of us

eCas Tracker emailed me at 4:45AM CST... still waiting on physical letter or PPR email.

Hey jma, I totally understand. I'm not going anywhere yet. There's still a bit to do (e.g. actually get my PR, pack my things, head up, land, find a job, etc). I'll still be around for some time. If anyone wants to PM me, please feel free, and I'll help as best I can!!

They haven't responded to my email from last week. I only have Decision Made, so no letter or email yet. I was hoping to drive to Buffalo tonight, and get my PR tomorrow, but it may get pushed back to next week, if the letter doesn't come for another day or two.

It will be coming any day now, send them another email! I was expecting to receive the request via snail mail since I've received everything that way, but an email this morning. My E-Cas still says processing, heck it never even updated saying meds received.

I emailed them again just now, using the case-specific-inquiry. I emailed them at the general inquiry address last week.

It'll come sooner or later. I just wish Buffalo did PR Monday-Friday. It sucks that it's only Tuesday/Thursday that you can go in person.

If you want to go to the Buffalo office with your passport, and have them stamp it in person (as opposed to mailing your passport to them, and having them mail it back to you), this service is only open a few hours on Tuesday and Thursday.

I wouldn't trust their website. All the people landing on here have either gone Tuesday or Thursday. I believe that's what's recommended on the PPR (passport request) letter or email that get sent to the applicant, upon getting approval for PR.
