I phoned the Call Centre and they advised that they began working on our app yesterday
. She gave me our Client ID number, but I am still unable to log in to E-Cas even though she said I should be able to. So she said she was going to transfer me to their online services and of course, we got disconnected.
I e-mailed the tech support and am hoping for a reply (the auto-reply said FIVE days). I'd hate to have to call back tomorrow :\. She also said that we wouldn't be getting an e-mail but would be getting a letter by regular mail... which kinda sucks.
I AM glad though, that they've started working on it. Now to be patient... I'm so sick of having to be patient...
