my wife did not get the letter yet that will explain in detail whether both have to go for interview. I just checked over E-CAS. I already having just pre planned trip to my country. Will update u guys soon when i get letter. No mine is not straight forward case and i got my second time marriage. May be thats why they want to ask some specific questions. Thanks

Its been 20 days now since the CHC has received my passport.................... oh god when i am going to get my passport back with visa............. man this waiting is really torturing me now.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :'( :'(

If your case is straight forward and you have provided enough evidence to prove your relationship you should get your visa in couple of weeks. ;D

Hi All,

I read everyone response, I have even applied for my spouse on 28 May 2010, I was not able to get Option C form by that time, so I could not attach it, and even I have not attached any letter. Will this delay my processing. I have attached the tax return photocpies as I came as a PR last year so my tax file took as a paper work, will that solve there purpose, or they will send my whole application back.. I am very confused. Can I send Option C doc now??? they have not even started my file processing I am not sure will they accept it now.. Can anyone help me..

If your case is straight forward and you have provided enough evidence to prove your relationship you should get your visa in couple of weeks. ;D

yeah my case is straight forward , i have never travel outside India.we had arranged marriage and we have produced all evidence of our engagement and wedding pics but one thing which i was unable to give was the post wedding pics coz just after the few days of the wedding my hubby went back to Calgary due to job and we didnt get time to take any pics together. now i am not sure whether the CHC need any additional pics or are they going to ask any other info. ..........i m really confused whats going to happen .

take it easy girl. they goona take their own sweet time and dont let mp to push it any more as its goona irritate them and your process will be delayed.

Medical validity
Medical results for applicants who pass a medical examination and who are not subject to medical surveillance are valid for 12 months from the examination date or the date of the X-ray, whichever is earlier.
