Is your case very straight forward?

yes i think my case is straight forward, i had lived in uk for couple of years to do my masters for which i had provided them with the acpo police clearence certificate; i have no criminal record and all the documents are genuine

We received letter asking to submit a passport, It looks like they sent a letter next day they started working on our file in ND office.

Will be sending my application by next week after my medical exams! So I am joining the club! A quick question, I am sending my application from the Philippines and will wait out the process in Canada. Is there a chance that the immigration in Canada will refuse me entry if they find out that I have an PR application? I am travelling with my canadian husband and child. They did ask me the last time I travelled to Canada. thanks for your feedback!

My husband is American and has been here in Canada with me for over a year now. When we travel back and forth between Canada and the US they stamp his passport. The last time we showed we had put in his paperwork and they stapled a form in his passport so we won't have any hassles next time.

Did they updated today? I checked it says last updated Apr.19, 2010 but on the bottom of that page it says date modified Apr.26, 2010? What does that mean they updated today?
