OMG!! I have the same problem. They renamed me Shansia! My husband called them today and they said that it doesnt make a difference to the visa (when they issue it) and that all further correspondence would now be with this wrong name

hi my visa office is colombo and i think my hubby sent the documents on 20th july not sure of the exact date will check with my hubby soon. i havent got any confirmation yet about receiving my application
