Congrats Ariannecat. Still nothing for us from Mississauga. My husband called them yesterday and they told him our file was transfered to a different reviewer. Has it happened to anyone? Should I be worried?

@Arunsgirl - strange that they transfered the file to a different reviewer. Perhaps the originaly reviewer somehow knew your husband (or you) and thus couldn't review it...

Given CIC immigration i'm sure it's happened to others, maybe try posting in the main thread so one of the more senior members can help.

However, at least they still have your file and know what's going on with it. Small comfort i know, but it's better then not knowing at all, or waiting on the postal system because they sent it back, or them having lost the file/having no record of it... I'm sure the list goes on, just a quick read through this forum opens your eyes to all the crazyness that is CIC.

Neither me or my husband know anyone at CIC, but thank you for trying. I will try posting on the main thread.

Sorry to hear about your troubles arunsgirl This whole process is so hard to make our way through, its terrible when they make it even harder!! :'( I hope everything gets resolved for you soon.

Hi all

My app was received on 1/7/2011
Sponsorship was approved on 2/1/2011-file was transferred to Buffalo on 2/1/2011
Quebec sponsorship was approved on 3/10/2011 CSQ was transferred to Buffalo on 3/10/2011
Anyone can let me know how much longer do I have to wait?

no its still the same it says application recieved march 1 on there letter it says they recieved it march 8, i went to the post office thats why i got fast, maybe ur pprs are already on the way in your address
