Yes, yes it is...extremely happy for those that have their stuff moving but it's hard to sit here not knowing what the heck is up.

We think that the fact I travelled quite a lot in the ten years that they are checking may have something to do with the delays, also the fact I got my Ontario driving licence when I came here as a visitor is playing a part too. Oh well, time isn't something that is on our side right now. Good luck for some news soon though.

So, how IS everyone staying sane through this process? At the moment, our apartment has never been more spotless, and the Stanley Cup Playoffs are keeping me pleasantly occupied (for now).

I think all the news we have had out of Buffalo this week is that they are sending applications to satelite offices. I wouldn't be surprised to see more of our December Buffalo group sent to the satelite offices. I hope that speeds things up for people! Our group has really had a terrible time with this slow down.

lnl - London send out PPRs on a wednesday than any other day. Especially the last month. Derwig one week, MandP the next, no one the week after, and now me this week - all on wednesdays! I hope your next! Also despite you filing in December AKGAZ filed almost a month later in January yet both ur apps were received in London on the same day. Probably delays over the christmas and new year period. They got an email from London requesting documents so now their application will be delayed a bit. I didn't have any contact from london until my PPR. My ecas said they received it 4 days later, but now still says application received even though I got my PPR 2 days ago. I wouldnt bother checking ecas! Best of luck!

Crazy day so far, we got a false ecas update saying medical results, again. So that's two false ones in total now. Never expected any ecas updates or contact over Easter weekend at all. Hubby checked our status again and it's gone to 'in process', PPR would have been better, but we are happy we have so e change in status, now just waiting for PPR

thats good news! according to my ecas update before I was approved mine was in process for one whole day! wow! lol
