Are you Australian passport holder?
Yes, born in Australia. Spent 4 years living in Canada on WHV and been back in Australia for almost a year waiting on PPR. Lost job in Canada in meantime as they could only hold it for 6 months so just doing my best to be patient.

Looks like Sydney is on fire at the moment. Congrats to everyone on their PPR requests!

A special thanks to you Mslectric. Congrats on the'in process' status. YOu will see decision made in no time. Tell your hubby to start looking for flight deals ;) Good luck and keep us posted

Has anyone had any success calling the Sydney office? If so, what number did you use (from Canada)?

My case has said "Decision made" for well over 2 months now, with no contact from them via email, mail or phone. I've emailed twice and sent case specific enquiries and had absolutely no reply...

I tuned my junk/spam filtering off when we started the process to make sure EVERYTHING came through safely.... still nothing!
Very sensible suggestion though, thanks!! ;D

Congrats to everyone who got their PPR request. :)

Hi there,

have you tried getting CAIPS/GCMS files for you, may be from there you can know what is holding up the things.

Hey guys

Does anyone know how long it will take Sydney to mail the COPR once they receive PP copies and appendix B? I attached a fedex bag but turns out the visa electron card I opened the account with doesn't work on internet payments! Grr! So i'm waiting for them to send it in the regular mail.. Would be nice to know if I have a long wait ahead :o

Ours took a day short of 5 weeks from PPR to COPR arriving via snail mail.
