I sent mine without as well-though it sounds like mine is not far off from arriving, hopefully.
Someone just go there's in the mail who it was Rcv'd by the FBI on the 17th - mine was the 21st.

I included proof of it being sent, so hopefully. x fingers x

Did you type out a cover letter saying you couldn't include it?
If so, can you give me an example of what you wrote and where you included it in your application?

I included a copy of the delivery confirmation by the FBI of the envelope.
A copy of the money order.

I just indicated that I had requested the FBI certificate but current processing time was 12 weeks. That I expected it to arrive within a month after submitting the application and would forward it when requested.

I no longer have the exact wording but by the time they start my portion, it'll be to me (assuming it's not been rejected).

I guess worst case, I wasted postage. I know Heatherusa did the same and many in the June application also had, some were even able to fax theirs to Buffalo if I remember correctly.

Unless something crazy happens and I receive the FBI record back in the next few days, I will be sending my application off without it as well. I sent mine of June 1st, so don't expect it back until mid-August.

I'm just going to write a brief note to include with my post office receipt and tracking info showing that the fingerprint card was received at the FBI on June 3rd and will be forwarded to the appropriate place upon receipt of the results. they don't use it in Missisauga, so as long as you include *something* that says that the FBI thing is in progress, you should be fine.

It'll be in the post tomorrow, just need to hunt down that courier address, but i know i've seen it on this forum!

Time for us to relax, just as all this nice weather here in England draws to a close.... Typical!

Sorry to ask you can_usa_97 to change your thingy again but the hubby and I have decided we would like to spend one more extra day with the finished application just make sure we are completely comfortable, have everything required, notes where needed, and proofread everything.

So it looks like Tuesday is the day.

can_usa_97, update on postal date of our application, it is being collected by courier tuesday 13th. Amazing how agonising 1 more day can be lol.

As per the table, our local visa office is indeed London.
