I got a letter requesting for the Right of PR fee today. Then I realized that some people paid this fee right from the beginning to expedite the process. Does that mean we will now have to wait more time to get PPR?

Thanks. I appreciate your help and encouragement in the process. It certainly has been a lot less stressful with the info in here.

We are planning for a suitable time for my wife to come over. But it will be before Christmas for sure, which will be nice!

Yeah most applicants here paid that RPRF during the day they submitted their applications. But it's alright... Just pay for it right away as they request fot it. Don't worry.. the processing of your apps will be fine... It's just a plus that means your visa is ready to be issued... Good luck and God bless...

Thanks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I paid the fee online last night and is going to mail in the receipt to the case processing centre in mississauga, ont. Hopefully will hear some good news soon.

did it say to send it to Mississauga? Or to your outside Canada processing center? Even if it says to send to Mississauga, I would fax or scan/email a copy of the receipt to the other office (along with your B# and all other info)

I agree, Email or Fax a copy of the receipt to your processing Visa Office too...CPC-M are not always quick to tell the Outland visa office that you have paid! Your passport will be requested before your fees have cleared and you may even get your passport back before Mississauga notify you the fees cleared..

It said to send to Mississauga, so I sent via express mail yesterday. You mean I can fax to Buffalo the receipt to move the process along? Should I just scan the receipt that has the bar code and the transaction receipt to the office? Thanks for the info.

I just realized that maybe I should have put my husband's name on file number on the second part of the receipt that I mailed back to Mississauga. I'm always confused about which number/ name to put.
Anyone one if it'll make any difference?

It will be really soon for you! Yes, relax for a bit and start a new process....SIN, OHIP, Driver's License, etc. Seems like neverending ;D but glad we are now together.

It is weird that there was only one line on e-cas and after landing, the other lines showed up )...too late now...haha!
