Thread for applications sent December 2009!!!

Thanks for that catchvb, that's reassuring at least. I've sent it back already, Priority Post this time so it'll arrive first thing Monday morning, so here's hoping! Anyone have any experiences of London processing times at the moment?
 
Hello everyone!
We sent our December 31 2009 from UK to Mississauga. Getting it processed at the dreaded Nairobi processing centre. I'm Canadian and she's Kenyan and we both lived together in UK. Looks like I'll be living in Kenya for the next year!

i am Ecuadorian and my husband canadian... he is sponsoring me and we have to get trought the slowest visa office Bogota.. but i hope everything goes faster this year! i sent it on dec15 arrived on dec 18, husband came for holidays aorund christmas and ecas said decision made on the 11.... so hopefully the letter is ot his apartment..
he is flying back to Canada today so maybe i´m waiting....
sad because my husband is not with me but at the same time curious about that letter!

there should be a letter with approval of sponsorship! congratulations with 1st stage approval!

@midwifemia----- Nice you see you smiling ... I told you not to worry ..hehe.

My application is stuck in a black hole between CPC-M and Buffalo. CPC-M says they sent my application after sponsership approval on Dec-12-2009 and Buffalo says they have not received any file and they have no record of it. Even I sent them the copy of letter from CPC-M. Still waiting for reply . Hope they find my application in next few days. They are processing file received till Jan-06-2010.

when you heck ecas do you use the sponsors name dob and pob or the applicants?
 
I used my data and I am the sponsor.. I won't show up with husband's data...
