Hello Im_ricky !

It can delay your processing approx 6 weeks buddy, its better pay the landing fee immediately & as when you get your PPR, you can attach the receipt to confirm CHC ND that you have already paid. More over it takes around 6 weeks to confirm by CPC-M to CHC ND.

That's what I did by using the client ID of my spouse and payed the fees to CPC-Mississauga. My spouse later got notification via post after two months that they have notified the CHC ND of the PR fee received. I didn't wait for a fee pay request letter, anyhow you have to pay so why unnecessary delay Yaar !

Kind advice say your spouse to pay the fee as early and rest up to u.

life is fine .. yea.. enjoyin the last few weeks in India.. roaming a lot to meet all the relatives.. Hubby couldn't come as his company wont sanction the leave in the month of sep (they say its the busiest month).. I'd have to wait till mid oct for him to come so we decided I shd come on my own

we paid our fee after we got ppr...nd along with my passport i sent dm scanned copy of receipt of landing fee and pcc (they asked 4r pcc)
bt my hubby or me never got any acknowledgement from Mississauga that they have received our free or something like dat..now what should we do..is it normal that they dont send u acknowledgement.. or we should call them..

well i believe if u have receipt with u n u have sent tht to nd u shudnt worry abt tht it take nd 4-6 week (as per my knowledge) to get the conformation n if u have ant doubt abt it best is as ur hubby to call cic call centre at canada they will give u all information......... hope it help

@ gwalyat, i am thinking the same way.
But honestly, when the passport is already with CIC office, it feels like there is just one more step. But, when they send PPR late, it comes into mind that there is still 2 steps. :-X

yes ur right man when u don't even get ppr request it seems like its far to go...........n really frustrating

yes we will call them this tuesday...my be they wont pick calls during long weekends or weekends.

Yes Manhar, due to non-confirmation of PR Fee to CHC from CPC-M, it will delay the decision on your application. Usually it takes 4-6 week to confirm CHC by CPC-M and you will also receive the PR fee confirmation letter.

Its better you can call CPC-M on 6th Sep and request them to confirm CHC and at the same time mail or fax them and surely it will work out.

Well i did receive the Confirmation Letter and that's how I know it was submitted on July 22 but the thing is the interviewer said 45days and the date is almost near .what should i do, in case,coz as far as mississauga is concerned, I did call them once reg'd the fees and they hve all the info till the fees submitted ...n once the case gets transfer to ND.. there is nothing we can do to contact them..as they are really rude on phone n will hang up without even saying anything and would hardly response to the email..

My name is misspelt as Shansia. Is this cause for worry?

Well as far as I know... you need a submit a form (it's a Pink Color form) with the landing fees, only if your mailing it to them ..but with the online it takes about 2month to reach the fees to them.I Think the fees hasn't been mailed properly and they will send back the landing fees so that you can email it to them in a proper way but I would say it's best to call them and ask them with what's going on.. They are a great help!!!!
