I dont think you can call them, they dont talk on phone the best way to get in touch with them is to just email them or else fax it.

Hi fPrince,

I am new to this forum. Needed some guidance from your side. My file had reached NDVO on 24 th March 2010 and after that THE END. No news from NDVO. Its been RBVO all along. No movement. What could be going on? Should I make a case specific enquiry with NDVO? or Should I wait for some more time bcoz its not yet 6 months since my file reached NDVO? Will the Visa officer get furious with my query? This wait has been frustrating me.

Regards,
Canadahopes.

Hey, it is close to 5 months, did you get your PPR? if not NO you should email them immediately....
Even if YES, you should email them as you are very close to 6 months now

Hi fprince,

Thanx for the reply.

I have not received MR or PPR so far. Members around my timelines have received MR PPR. Do you think my enquiring the status will infuriate the visa officer attending to my case. I have heard in other forums. Kindly suggest.

Hi, First Question.
Which CAT is this? are you applying under the spousal sponsorship class or something else?
You should never have a situation like what you have if you have applied for the spousal class immigration in CHC ND .
Can you clarify.

"Misery loves company" so if its any consultation then I am waiting to hear something as well. Difference is my file was transferred in March, I had applied in Feb.
I have requested for GCMS notes to throw some light.

The details you are looking for are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/new-delhi.asp

Reach early, expectation is that you will first fill a form. Fill the form carefully and provide as much details as possible, keep reading why this is vital.
Case1) The guard will take the form and will tell you that you will be contacted within 10 days via email and you oblige.
Case2) The guard will take the form and you are told to wait as some one will help you out--be ready to wait for next n hours and you are provided with answers.
Case3) The guard will take the form and you are told to leave, but you insist on talking with someone. You will be called to a window (expect to wait) and you may or may not get exact answers if the case in under 6months or depends on the officer or the circumstances of your application.
