Good thanks to CIC for resolving and updating the status.

Next step security and background check, once its done, Visa will be issued without any delay.

More over Right of Landing fee should be confirmed from CIC to CHC, just due to non receipt of payment your application can be little bit delayed. Such problems I have noticed recently in other forums.

Every case is different & takes different processing time its solely depend with the concerned VOs . In CHC Delhi there are more than 100VOs

Once everything is done, your Visa will be issued. Best Wishes.

Right of landing fees is confirmed and apparently it was written "paid" on the PPR letter recieved.
Thing is. They started processing on June 6 2011 and I didnt submit my PP yet as I got PPR on july 7 as it was recieved by my lawyer in Canada.
So I am just hoping that my PP is attached to my file which was submitted on July 11.
I saw many people got visa within a week after Ecas udated saying that started processing on xx date but their PP was attached to their respective file.
So I am just guessing that My PP is attached to the file and hope everything goes smooth and my security clearance is done asap.

Ah, true love. Yes, it is a powerful force that can conquer all... much like a sword. In the right hands it can defeat anything....

I can feel and understand coz I am also traveling on the same boat and my destination is Canada.............soon wish to start my life with new hope and trust.

Have a look, the reasons for delay in processing PR Application
​

Applications for permanent residence from spouses, common-law partners, conjugal partners and dependent children have the highest priority.

While every effort should be made to process high-priority cases expeditiously, it is recognized that there are circumstances where priority processing may legitimately be affected. While not exhaustive, the list below provides some examples of non-routine cases that may not be processed according to the six-month service standard..

Examples of non-routine cases:

1) Medical, security or criminal issues;
2) Suspected relationship or dissolution of convenience;
3) Misrepresentation of marital status at time of marriage;
4) Previous deportation;
5) Inability to support self and family members due to legal obligations or other reasons;
6) Relationship of applicant to sponsor or applicant to other family members in doubt;
7) Marital status of family member suspect;
8) Sponsor under investigation for violation of IRPA;

Oh wow. This is different. For me it doesn't show up my adress at all ever.
is it so because lawyer address is listed on the mailing address.
Or something is wierd.
Can you please share the knowledge

my wife is the sponser and when i login with her details, it shows her canadian address and there is an option to update is as well. it shows sponsership status as decision made and PR application status... in process

when I login with my details as a sponsered, it shows my indian address and there is also an option to update it as well. It shows PR application status as In process..
