hey guys i m thinking to call nd on monday plz advice.......shall i do it..! will it delay the process or will it effect it....?
nd received file on 19 may
ppr 30june pp received by nd 7june
original pic req. 10 june nd received 21june
status is still file received

@ gwalyat... calling nd is useless... as i called dem they are very rude and didnt provide any details...u can email dem.....i guess.... i hope u get ur visa done..in this week......

1. Which courier service I should use to send my doc. To ND

2. like is dere any customer care in ND with whome I can discuss my case

... Yaar y my status is still in process ... It changes on 13th July n dey said dat dey start processing on11 July n medical received .... How much more time I wait

yeh nd can look at the file b4 brd but its all upon them n their mood ..........examples u gave their case might have also looked on their brd......cant say abt tht i just know 1 thing if they wud have look at our file till now decision wud have made because in all cases like this month all the decision made in 3-4 days after they started processing look at some of the cases

yeh i know u ll dont get nervous by looking at other's face who had interview b4 u everycase is diff mate as i told u b confident. make sure u know everything v well which is on ur application form n go through the question i sent u mate.........

173 days is a long time, did your case delay cos of additional docs? why did it take so long, any idea?

Hey Buddy,

Hope you are doing good. Yes, i did look into it.
Actually it is very simple if the PR renewal has no name change etc..all you do is fill their forms on CIC website and pay 50$ as fee for renewal.
You do not have to send your current PR card if you have validity....they will send you a new PR card to your nearest CIC office and you need to go in person, pick it up and surrender the old card.
The process takes 6 months is what i see on the website, so it is gonna happen slow.

In my case, she needs a new Indian PP with my surname on it..once this bit is done, that is when i can request a new PR card with the new surname and i still have to pay 50$ for it.
Doing this i will make sure the Indian PP - PR card have the married surname on it...its gonna take me much longer as she will apply for her new IND PP in September and depends on when she gets one, we will
apply for a new PR card with the PP name....

Your case is very normal and so is your timelines, so why???

i was thinking abt my ecase which is not updated yet still application received as they have update all ecases even which they received now but now i m thinking to wait for few more day as the last date to submit the pics was 25july which is bfd 2 i guess so they shud check my file on 25 july n hope will hear smthing soon......thx for ur advice n help to every1.......

yeah some officers check the file on BFD or some check before that. all it depends upon their mood
