how long does it take for PP to be back????it's been 6 weeks tht we sent our PP...no news...am so worried...

When did you first apply? Sponsorship I mean. Because generally it looks like ND sends out a passport request very early and then you coud wait many months for it, while they review your file and things like this.

we filed the application on nov 15th..

Im assuming it was approved sometime in december, which means technically ND has until June to approve your application assuming everything was ok with it. They make PPR early on in the process. I received my PPR on Jan 25th, and sent it right away. I was approved as a sponsor on Jan 6th and my file didn't arrive in ND until Jan 17th. SO they made PPR only a week after the file arrived and they haven't started processing yet. So don't worry and don't expect to hear much right now.

She did not get the PPR today..i was hoping it wouuld come today..
she is in Banglore so am asssuming it might take one or few days more than Panda,Goodnews, Vish...
This is too much tension @ work......would be nice if she got it tomorrow..looks like i am one of the applicants who applied in Nov and still dont have a PPR :-(

You should definetely get it soon. They send it out quickly, its most likely due to postal service that you haven't gotten it.

37days now ???...oh no, when will they start working on our file......ughh I cant wait anymore :'( !!!!

Wait times in CPC Miss change every week, 37 days is below normal. Don worry, CPC Miss usually does their part within the posted time..its CHC ND which sucks and delays our files for months.

This crap is way too much..different levels of wait times..different levels of stress..if these guys have a process to follow and use a speed post it would make our lives much better.

That's my issue with this place, they do not follow a uniformed process. It's whilly nilly there. I understand that some cases are more complicated then others, but all cases should start off being the same, whatever they decide PPR for all cases that come in, then an initial review etc etc. I dont care how its done, just some uniformity. Also updates would be fabulous. How hard is it to log into a client file and push a button.

So did they send it through a registered post, speed post etc? did someone have to sign for it..do let us know.

Did they ask for the ppt during december? Why did they take so long to process the file, if the sponsorship is approved on July itself? Can u pls add ur timelime.

Hi - They didn't ask for the passport in December. The file was pending since this is for an adoption and our papers were not approved. So we were approved as a Sponsor and then when we received guardianship in November, her application was sent to ND.
