Hello Seniors :)

My sponsor is gonna send the application to CPC Mississauga tomorrow..while doing the final review we realized we need to have the medicals done before she sends the application to CPC. Is that true? While looking at the sample medical form- it asks for file number, we obviously do not have file number until we submit it - its contradicting, pls suggest.
Thanks,
Sandy

yes its better if u do medicals b4 submitting because else ur file will be dalayed by long tim so its better u take appointmnt with dr n get it done it would take hardly 2-3 hours n ur medicals will be complete n the dr will give u reciept so attach that recipt in file u dnt need to fill file no leave it blank n just send that reciept with ur application it will just take ur week now n u will be complete with medicals so its better to delau ur application now by a week than delaying after submitting as that will be longer time............

Thank you so much for the timely rep..that sure did help...one last Q for today - Should we attach the Original receipt of meds along with the app?

Sandy.

Yes for sure attach the original receipt and the original police clearance certificate, notarized copy of the birth certificate for the person being sponsored.

Thank you .. I've attached the photocopy of the birth certificate - do we need to notarize the photocopy?
