good to hear from you Rocky....just you uniting with your wife makes me happy... did you check your ECAS status? My status just changed, but I dont know how to interpret it
here is the chart that I copied
DECISION
MADE
(A decision has been made at this point.)
Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.
Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.
Permanent Residence Status Determined
If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.
SO left side chart says decision made, and right side give three options, I am option 1 Meical Results Received By CIC. does this mean the passport is on its way???
Guys just by seeing the status change on ESCA, but some energy in me.

We started processing your application on November 29, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
