Congrat, see hanging in there pays off, just before x-mas you got the letter, remember when you received an email saying you cannot get info as you are not the representative. I got the same and a week later the letter came. Congrats, Quick question though, why was the letter sent to Montreal? Aren't you in india?

Oh just an update, my wife sent in her PP on Monday, via speed post, and ND has already received it, as she got a call from the courier company, saying it was successfully delivered, I was shocked, when she told me. wow, lets keep the wheels moving on the rest of the process.

Update: just got a email from New Delhi for my case specific inquiry.
i had emailed them a copy of my CSQ. they confirmed that they received my CSQ and provided a file number

20thDec,2010:Got call from Chc,Nd asking abt Med's
then next i sent e-mail to them and told the about all the details regarding my Med's
today i got Email from them that they are still doing medical and background check

Hey there welcome to the club , just some questions when did you mail your pp to ND?, were you able to send the photos requested later and when you talk about meds , you mean to say ND gave you a phone call saying they havent received ur medicals yet?When you said you emailed them did you do a case specific inquiry ?

Hi all,
I have also seen a case on other forum where a person's medical was going to expire when visa was issued so VO gave him 1 month extension on medical.
It is all in their hand. I doubt that by showing iternary to ND, the process timeline will change.
As iterenary also shows the ticket booked on Date.

It is about luck also.

So, what I understand is we have to wait until chc ND contacts and VO asks to provide itinerary or re-medical or sends stamped passport.

Yes, I got the same as urs. Just they asked for the ppt. It was dated dec 2nd. No request for PCC or anything, and dint get any barcode stickers. In addition, they just asked for my Indian Mailing Address.

Did u send that IMM1017 green color form (for ur medicals) with ur appln? Thats the proof that u ve done medicals.

Guys,

One qn.. since these days, many of us are getting a new type of PPR, with a deadline of 45days, what could be the reason? We never used to have any deadline in the prev type of PPR? No mentioning of deadlines? I thot its 60days.. but dono

@ Synrog, i got my PPR on 8th july and on my latter they mantion send back with in 45 days.

Oh and i booked my ticket with British Airways on 20th jan Delhi to london london to vancouer.
