yes u r right sim ... every tuesday with thousands of expectations i check ecas status and getting disappointed everytime i see still inprocess ...
really getting mad thinking of this ... donno what really is happening with them ...

thr r lot of straight cases where ppl got their visas between 30-40days .. infact i even saw ppl getting their visas within 2wks of sending their pp to cic ND ...

i think luck is playing badly when it comes to us .. 1 side CWG games , another side canadian minister's visit to india etc etc etc ...

nothing to do except waiting for another tuesday ...

BTW did u sent any mail to them?? if so cn u pls specify the mail id to which we have 2 send mail and what r d details to be included in the mail ??

come on delhi give some updates its hard to stay without our life partner...........hubby went back only after 1 mnth of marrige n i dont know how he manages everything there alone office ,food..........this is ours also first diwali after marrige............it bring tears in my eyes when i think how he skips his food as he cant manage to make it........dont know when this immigration will be over and i willl be with him..........only skype is the way to see him................god plssssssssss help us all to reunite with our loved ones........

Ladies and gentlemen ! Here It goes ! This is it ! The wait is over

My Status changed to Decision made on 19 th oct .I did not want to declare my happiness till i got my visa in hand,so sorry guys to stay away from the forum for a couple of days but just wanted my visa in hand !!!

I waited 20 ,21 oct no mail i never waited and prayed for the postman so much in my life.

Today 22nd oct 11.30 pm my sister received a package via registered post ,it had my passport with shiny visa on it

It was an over whelming feeling of happiness when i got a call in office and my sister and mom told me the good news .I woke my spouse up in the middle of the night in canada and she has not been able to sleep till now because of the excitement !!!!!

Thanks you all 4 the over whelming support i received in the forum ,my visa was stamped on 15 oct and mailed out on the 19th.sending visa vibes to all of u Hang in there ,the good news awaits all u

I know we can check online that AOR is done but how is the date confirmed that your file has reached New Delhi Embassy. Do we receive any kind of notification that file is sent and received in Delhi and how much times does it take

I need help . As i am under Backlog application ( Sept. 2006 NOC 3131 ).

Now i am planning to apply for Fast Track after going through number application filed till 26 June 2010 . Also 3131 is under new 29 Catagory.

But i have some questions on documentation requirements .

(1) Getting educational trascripts under university sealed envelop ? What exactly is the meaning of it ? what is the way to get it ? My educational is from three different universities . ( University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , IGNOU & ICFAI University New Delhi ) Any one have idea of any university how to get educational trascripts under university sealed envelop from these universities ?

(2) What are the exact documents required from my Employer ?

(3) 3131 is fall under FSW1 or FSW2 ?

(4) Do i need to send Proof of Fund with application ? If yes then what is way & how to present it to CIO ?

(5) Is it possible to that my OLD application & New Application run parallely ? When should i withdraw my OLD application ?

(6) Need to know how much points i will get from Education.

10+2 = Full time after that

2 year Diploma in Pharmacy = Fulltime

3 year Bachelor in Computer Application = distance mode from IGNOU , New Delhi

2 year Master in Business Administration = Distance mode from ICFAI University .Dehradun.

My both the Distance university is UGC Approved .

Kindly Help to take firm decision to apply for Fast Track,

Hi,
Once the file is reached New Delhi, ecas will update. Then you can see two columns one of Sponsor & other of Applicant. In Applicant column u can see the status "In Process" and when u click on it there will b a line saying "We started processing ur application on this date."

Regarding Time, mine application started processing on 9th Aug 2010 in ND. and many of us have same timeline.
Rest its depends on Luck..

Hello everyone! seeing that everybody on here is in the same (or similiar) boat as me I figured it may help if i posted.... I am candian myself and have sponsored my wife that lives in India. Once they requested for her passport we rejoiced! however no respone as of yet. can anyone tell me how long it takes ussually and also I am in India as I traveled here thinking that I would take her back with me......can anyone give me some type of info? ???

Stats:

april 15th 2010: application sent to cpc mississauga
july 6th 2010:sponsorship application approved
july 29th 2010: passport requested to new delhi
august 6th 2010: passport delivered to new delhi
september 2nd 2010: additional documents requested
september 27th 2010: documents delvired directly to new delhi high commision
october 21 2010: emailed new delhi enquring on how long it will take

still waiting for a reply.....

HI Mverma, Kindly let me know what kind of additional documents they asked for..Nothing to worry...it may take around 2 months from the date of submission of the additional documents....
